The Bike-Engel breakdown service network connects over 800 certified partner workshops and mobile breakdown technicians for on-the-road assistance across Germany. Manufacturers and dealers benefit from this established infrastructure without having to build or manage it themselves.
Our focus is on maximum mobility: in the event of a breakdown, we immediately coordinate (subject to availability) a mobile service partner to the customer’s location for on-site assistance. Where a mobile on-site repair is not possible, we personally manage the transfer and resolution at one of our qualified partner workshops.
