    Who is Bike-Engel suitable for?
    Bike-Engel is exclusively aimed at B2B manufacturers: bicycle and e-bike manufacturers, importers and online retailers. We do not work directly with end customers or individual workshops.
    How fast is the onboarding?
    As a new manufacturer you’ll typically be up and running within a few days. No IT integration or technical infrastructure is required on your side: we take care of everything.
    What are the costs?
    Pricing depends on your volume and scope of services. Request a no-obligation quote via the form. We’ll put together an individual offer for you.
    Does it work outside Germany too?
    Yes. German customers are also covered when travelling in Europe: Breakdown and service cases can be reported via our hotline or the portal. Processing is carried out subject to local availability.
