Our focus is on maximum mobility: in the event of a breakdown, we immediately coordinate — subject to availability — a mobile service partner to the customer’s location for on-site assistance. For more complex warranty cases or where a mobile repair is not possible, we personally manage the transfer and resolution at one of our qualified partner workshops.
